Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction – simple and easy to learn mindfulness practice can cultivate states of relaxation, improve physical symptoms of pain and chronic illness, open our minds to greater insight, and enhance our physical health and sense of well being.
This class is open and appropriate for all levels, beginners welcome.
The practice is conducted seated in relaxing chairs.
This class will include seated and reclining meditations, attention on mindfulness of the breath and sensations in the body, and guided body scan relaxation.
