Come to this class whether you’re an athlete or not but would like to improve flexibility, breath patterns and the ability to keep a balanced mind in your game. By using dynamic and static movements we will activate the body into deep muscle repair allowing a more fluid, healthy movement in whatever sport you play or where life brings you. This class is appropriate for ALL levels, however challenging you in whatever way you need it on that day. It is appropriate for teens and adults.

This class isDONATION BASED – we suggest from $10-$15 but please just do what you can.
