An hour-long, ambient musical performance that mimics the state of mind you can achieve in the float tank, building upon the resonant frequencies of the chakras. Each performance is uniquely improvised, influenced by the space, the crowd, and for this special occasion, supercharged by the full moon.

Get massage & restorative yoga with all their benefits in this 90 min class.
As you are relaxing in a fully supported posture for 7-10 minutes you will be pampered with massage and Thai yoga, with an incorporation of essential oils and vibrational and sound healing.
This class is perfect for all skill levels. No yoga experience necessary and it is especially good for any one who loves a massage, yet intimidated by a one-on-one massage and would like to stay clothed. All you have to do is lay back and relax in our tranquil space.
