Sound Bath w/ Juan & Corrine @ Float State
Feb 20 @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

“Hello, this is Corrine and Juan! We are both Registered Nurses and believe there are many different forms of healing modalities. We have found that sound therapy can be very effective in promoting pain relief, stress reduction, relaxation, and can have many other health benefits. Sound baths can be used to bring balance to our physical, mental, and emotional states.

In our sound bath you will experience breath work, meditation, and with the use of various instruments, be bathed in sound waves of healing frequencies and vibrations. We are passionate about bringing sound as a form of complementary/alternative medicine and would love for you to join us in our healing journey.”

Space is limited! Please call (951) 663-4888 to RSVP (no walk-ins).

Wim Hof Method Fundamentals @ Float State
Mar 15 @ 11:30 am – 3:30 pm

Attention!

HIIT Trainers, Crossfitters, BJJ Players, Hikers, Yogis, Mountain bikers, Cyclists, Footballers, Pickleballers, Ping Pong Aficionados, and Keyboard Warriors.

How do you get that edge?  How do you have more energy and focus when you need it? Have you ever wondered what simple practices you could use to get in-the-zone when you needed to be? Has intuition told you that extra energy could be on-demand, but you weren’t sure how to access it?

If so, this is the class for you.
In this Wim Hof Method Fundamentals live in-person workshop, you will discover natural tools for understanding and controlling your nervous system.

You will learn how adding simple breathwork and cold exposure to your daily routine will boost your energy, concentration, and health.

Imagine…
Having a protocol for extra focus before a big presentation.  Think what it would be like to have your own recipe for optimal performance for an athletic event or even getting ready for a vacation.  How useful would it be to have access to tools for the immediate mitigation of anxiety or depression?
You’ll be able to put these techniques into action for significant results.

How do I know?

I’ve had conversations at the top of a  with Wim Hof and done breathwork on the mats with Rickson Gracie, and I’m honored to pass on these lessons.

No previous experience is required.
We will dive into proper breathing mechanics, apply breathwork to meditation, cold exposure, and exercise using simple, easy-to-remember concepts.
We will explore topics related to the parasympathetic nervous system, heart rate variability, thoracic pressure, and cerebrovascular tone.
😮‍💨  The day consists of group discussion, presentation on science, guided breathwork, exercises, and end in an ice bath.

You will leave class owning these newfound tools of happiness, health, and strength.

In the meantime, check out these cool and informative videos on youtube.

I had an incredible opportunity to be in this documentary DMT Quest that just launched, where they scanned my brain waves before and after the breathwork. Wild results! My portion is about 10 min, but the whole movie is great. 47 min

I interviewed it on a big channel and chatted up Float State, and even rocked the shirt.
